1. ABOUT TRANSPORTATION

Orders will close at 4 p.m. EST every day, and Saturday and Sunday orders will be pushed back to the next working day.
Order processing time is 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 4 pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday morning (postponed holiday), and product shipping time is 1 to 12 working days EST.

  • What if the goods are not received for a long time?

We use Square for payments and support the following cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all taxes. If your order is subsequently rejected, you will still be responsible for the cost of shipping the package. Free shipping is available on orders over $50, and an additional $6 shipping is required for orders satisfy $50 or under $50.
